Job description

Essential responsibilities and duties

The role is to support the Data management and cleaning plus training support of Global purchasing team under purchasing support platform (PSP) scope.

The main responsibilities are:

• Support on all activities managed by PSP within the team : Most done activities would include
• Data Management Analysis
• Responsible for managing global purchasing Data
• Would need to manipulate the data, Data analysis, data transformations
• Excel formulae, Power Pivot, P
• Power BI, VBA applications to be developed and used
• Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Reporting
• Actively support team members to delivery reports on time with efficiency and without any escalation
• Improve efficiency and time reduction contribution in most of the reporting task
• Creation of Macro / automations for time reduction and efficiency boost, etc
• Functional Support on Purchasing IT Tools
• Support on Purchasing IT tool Functional support ticket resolution
• Support on Surveys and Mass communications handled by PSP
• Improving efficiency by process standardization / improvement in the task
• Communication
• Presentation skills + co-ordination and follow-up + Reporting
• Support and trainings for PSP stake holders
• Work on standardization of Process and optimize it for increasing the efficiency + Building the Standard Operating Procedures and Methodologies, Information archiving and facilitation.

NOTE : selected candidate would be trained on Faurecia purchasing IT tools

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Professional Degree – Bachelors / Masters degree any field
• Should have knowledge in subject on Data management and Analysis. Purchasing process knowledge will be good to have
• Experience – > 2 years
• Fluency in English (verbal, written and presentation skills)
• SAP / SAP Ariba / MDM knowledge would be an added advantage (Optional)
• Good Hands on knowledge and expertise on MS Excel, PPT is a must + other data management and visualization tools / applications would be added advantage
