Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Shortlisting potential vendors and suppliers. for Capital, Admin & Material, Bought out Item, Sheet Metal, Consumables, Electrical, Fabrication, purchase.
• Subcontracting Job work & PO
• Import Material Sourcing
• Very well Versed with SAP MM Module
• Evaluating different offers and pricing points against quality of purchased products.
• Negotiating contract terms.
• Vendor generation & Creation in SAP
• PO Generation and sending to vendor coordinate with finance team for payment
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials & Inward
• Maintaining a proper database of orders and timely updating of those records.
• Should have strong knowledge of ISO documentation
• Closely monitoring stock levels and maintaining the minimal buffer.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Degree and have at least 2+ years experience in a Purchase / Buying/ Procurement from large scale industry should handle max vendors at a time
• Prior work in the manufacturing sector is must
• Understand end-to-end supply chain procedures.
• Conduct basic cost analysis and quality checks in order to take informed decisions.
• Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
• Quick grasp of industry trends is required to keep yourself up-to-date.
• Candidates Having No Experience in SAP MM Module do not need to apply
