Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• End to end knowledge of Vendor Master, PR to PO, PO to GRN to Invoice Receipt to Invoice Processing, Non-PO coding, GRIR Reconciliation, Duplicate Payment detection, Query Resolution
• Analysis & approval of PR/PO.
• Control & Tracking of issuance of PR along with project planning and approved budget.
• Control & Tracking of issuance of PO based on PR cleared & business req.
• Validation & track the work with respect to PO & Non-PO cases
• Tracking End-to-End vendor payments
• Experience in invoice and vendor management along with resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in MS office applications
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.
