Our SAP service line is currently looking for industry-leading SAP HCM Time professionals with hands-on experience. Should have the ability to analyse technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.

- Hands on experience on SAP HCM Time and Organization management modules with implementation & Support.
- Must have experience with writing functional specification for RICEFW.
- Must understand business requirement mapping to SAP functionality.
- Time Management: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Recording Substitutions, Absences, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime and eCATS Defines test plans and system documentation to monitor testing for the implementation.
- Experience in incident lifecycle management and customer interaction and problem management
- The candidate should have a Minimum of 2 Support project experiences.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have worked with the client directly.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business Knowledge
- The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Masters Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
