Job description

Piping Engineer or Mechanical Engineer:

• Candidate should be 1 to 2 years of experience with Piping or Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• To assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to installation, configuration, integrations and performance tuning of CADISON or Visio PID by providing software implementation, upgrade and maintenance support on CADISON or Visio PID.
• Collaborating with partner and customer, recommendation and best practices and Work closely with other technical team members and exploring possible solutions to customer problems and inquiries.
• Knowledge of latest versions of AutoCAD (2D and 3D environment), Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar Plant design Softwares.
• Strong interpersonal / customer service skills with both customer and team members while balancing multiple priorities

- Must be fluent in English and must have good presentation skills.

- Should have good visualization skills and ability to work on projects of complex nature.

Experienced candidates should have worked on projects / customer support using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Plant 3D / Other 3D CAD software used in Plant Design Engineering, Piping and Process Plant with exposure to multi-disciplinary environment
